I’ve never made a computer game before. I’ve done a little modding in the past but it was primarily Quake 1 maps, but I never officially released any of them. This is a blog about creating my first computer game, and hopefully others after that.

World War Extraterrestrial (tentative name)

A first person shooter heavily inspired by the original X-Com game. Even though an FPS remake is scheduled to be released in 2012, this project is my vision of what X-Com should be like along with my own ideas.

Development officially started on July 16, 2011.
